YORBA & GONG

YORBA & GONG – CREATING BALANCE TOGETHER

You are warmly invited to experience these two powerful practices, which complement one another by bringing both energy and deep relaxation to the body.

You will be gently guided through Yorba movement and conscious breathing, allowing the body's energy to flow freely. These movements prepare both body and mind to fully receive the healing vibrations of the gongs.

The dance cultivates strength, vitality, and a sense of freedom. Through grounding steps, shaking, and rhythmic movement, we release stress, encourage natural breathing, and awaken the body's own life energy.

During the Gong Sound Meditation, you are invited to let go, relax deeply, and simply rest in the sound.

Together, Yorba & Gong create a space of presence—a chance to turn your attention inward, reconnect with yourself, and restore inner balance.

What to bring

  • Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

  • A water bottle.

  • You are welcome to practice Yorba barefoot.

  • Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow, and a blanket so you can lie comfortably during the Gong Bath.

Feel free to invite your friends or loved ones to join you.

No previous experience with dance or meditation is necessary. Simply come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to receive whatever the experience may bring.

YORBA – Movement Practice with Vibeke Vigeland

Yorba is a movement practice created by dancer and body therapist Vibeke Vigeland, inspired by a lifetime of experience as a dancer, teacher, and facilitator.

The practice is rooted in years of embodied knowledge, professional experience, and a deep understanding of the body's natural intelligence.

Yorba is a powerful yet gentle movement practice that awakens your inner strength through natural movement, dance, and conscious breathing. You are invited to arrive fully in your body, connect with the ground beneath your feet, let go of control, and allow movement to emerge from within.

Through dance, you are supported in releasing tension, coming home to yourself, opening to your inner strength, and rediscovering genuine joy—just as you are.

What happens in the body when you practice Yorba?

Many people experience a quieting of the mind as their awareness shifts from thinking to sensing.

Yorba offers a space for authentic self-expression. Through movement and dance, you explore emotions, discover new ways of moving, and meet yourself with openness, curiosity, and compassion.

GONG BATH / SOUND BATH with Claudio Aiello

The Gong Bath is guided by Claudio Aiello, an experienced practitioner of breathwork, yoga and soundmeditation. With presence, sensitivity, and care, he creates a safe and supportive space for deep relaxation.

During the meditation, you are invited to simply rest in the sounds and allow your body to receive the vibrations of the gongs.

The sound of the gongs speaks to the deeper, more intuitive layers of our being, which is why many experience the session as an inner meditative journey.

What happens during a Gong Bath?

Many participants notice that their breathing naturally becomes slower and deeper, muscular tension begins to soften, and the nervous system settles into a greater sense of balance.

The sound of the gongs is experienced not only through hearing but also physically, as vibrations moving through the body. Many describe the feeling as being gently enveloped by sound, creating a profound sense of peace, spaciousness, and deep relaxation.
